Why we built Reliyre
Staffing agencies onboard hundreds of workers a month. Different sites, different languages, documents scattered across email and WhatsApp. Meanwhile, GDPR compliance hangs over every step — one missed document can mean a €20.000 fine.
We saw teams drowning in paperwork that should take minutes. Modern HR tools treated worker onboarding as a checkbox, built for office hires, not the reality of staffing.
So we built Reliyre: the onboarding platform that handles the volume, speed, and compliance pressure of staffing work. Compliance-first, mobile-first, built for Europe.
